Submit a valid commercial license or industrial license along with a memorandum of association certifying that the investor’s capital is at least AED 2 million.
– A financial report for the last two years that has been verified by a UAE-licensed auditing firm
– Tax Record ( VAT Return) for the previous year

In Addition:
– 100% ownership of the invested funds; a loan is not acceptable
– Medical Insurance is required upon application
– Ejari or Verified Tenancy Contract

Title Deed of a Dubai property worth at least AED 2 Million. Multiple properties will be accepted if it is under the applicant’s name. Valuation is not applicable If the property is mortgaged or financed, the bank or developer must get at least 2 million AED of the total value

– A bachelor’s degree diploma that has been attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE
– A letter stating that the experience was held for at least five (5) years in the same profession.
– A salary certificate with a minimum salary of AED 50,000 monthly
– A valid employment contract with the same profession and minimum salary required.
– No Objection Letter from the current employer

– Doctors with a Dubai Healthcare City permit must affix their employment card from Dubai Healthcare City as well as their license certificate
– An experience certificate to practice the profession for a period of no less than one ( 1) year. must be provided by the competent authorities ( Health Authority – Ministry of Health – Dubai Healthcare City )
– The doctor must have at least one-year minimum of professional medical experience
– A copy of the professional license certificate, the business card, and the employment contract if the facility’s name differs from the current visa sponsor
– If the Doctor has a Health Authority license and lives in another emirate, the work card that shows where the clinic is located in the Emirate of Dubai must be attached to the application.
