Retirement Programme ( 5 Years Residence Visa )

Under the new retirement program, every foreign national wishing to stay and take advantage of living in and benefit from state-of-the-art medical facilities in Dubai may be qualified for a 5-year residency visa including the family member, provided the applicant meets the qualifications.



Eligibility

A retired resident who is at least 55 years old can apply.
Have worked for at least 15 years, either inside or outside of the UAE.
Own a property or properties worth at least AED 1,000,000, or have financial savings worth at least AED 1,000,000, or have a minimum monthly income of AED 20,000 (AED 15,000 in Dubai) and be able to provide a bank statement for the last six months.
