UAE GREEN VISA ( 5 Years Residence Visa)
A type of residence visa that does not require an employer or UAE national to sponsor the visa
and allows the holder to sponsor themselves for a period of five ( 5) years. Self-employed persons, skilled
professionals, and freelancers can apply.
Freelancers & Self-Employed
Eligibility
- The sponsor must earn a minimum of AED 4,000 or AED 3,000 per month, plus the amount for housing allowance specified in the labour contract or salary certificate provided by the specific jurisdiction where the visa is issued.
- Sponsor must have a valid tenancy contract
- Attested Marriage Certificate by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( Husband/Wife)
- Attested Birth Certificate by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( Children )
Skilled Employee
Eligibility
- Required valid employment contract
- Have a first-level, second-level, or third-level occupational classification. as per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation
- Attested bachelor’s degree or an equivalent by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Minimum monthly salary of AED 15,000
